This carving was made for Brovst Hospital produced between 1998 and 1999.

On the road through life is the main title of this carving. It is a story about us all as human beings and the things we go through in our lifetime. Existential questions such as love, loneliness, longing, magnanimity, comfort, pain and redemption are all feelings very present especially at a hospital. Each picture has a built-in-story, which can be viewed as a whole or separately. The pictures are breaking down all the barriers, it looks like an invitation. The threads of life are connecting the seven pictures.
